Julie Roberts is a speech pathologist with a heart for helping children find their voice and gain the confidence they need to succeed in school and beyond. As a wife to her supportive husband, EJ Roberts, and a mother of two, she understands firsthand how important communication is—not just for learning, but for connecting with family and friends. She also knows the worry that comes with wondering if your child will ever be easily understood, a fear she faced herself, even as an SLP.
Julie’s journey in speech therapy began in 2012 as an assistant SLP in Stephenville ISD. After a year in the school system, she pursued her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Texas Woman’s University, graduating in 2015. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, private practice, and skilled nursing facilities, always with a passion for helping children grow into confident communicators.
Julie stays up to date with the latest research and therapy techniques to ensure every child gets the best support possible. She believes in making therapy engaging, fun, and tailored to each child’s unique needs.
More than anything, Julie is a compassionate guide for parents navigating their child’s speech journey. She’s here to listen, support, and celebrate every milestone—big or small. Her greatest joy is seeing children gain the skills they need to express themselves and thrive.
